One thing I noticed,was that it didn't have the LTD anywhere on the pan. Maybe thats normal...don't know. This pan is easy to clean,which means a lot to me. Here in the Northeast, it's not much fun to grill outdoors in the winter, so I got this pan as a substitute. I've had grill pans in the past, but they heated unevenly and delicate foods like fish stuck to them. If I'm not braising it or steaming it, I'm probably cooking it in this pan - shrimp, fresh fish, vegetables, burgers, steaks, chicken breasts - even satays and skewers. Because I can get the pan so hot, everthing cooks quickly but with beautiful color. I wonder if I'll ever want to grill outside again? Just throw in a Rib Eye steak or two, a little salt and pepper, and WOW the best steaks I ever ate:) I'm sure it cooks other meats or chicken just as great.
