Summary: TOP-NOTCH CHEESE PLANE - THAT'S PLAIN TO SEE!
Comment: Made in Germany this 9" stainless steel cheese plane is both handsome and utilitarian. We've had great good fortune slicing Cheddar, Parmesan, and other hard cheeses.

The plane is certainly sturdy and light enough to be easily used. A handle, approximately 4" long and 1/2" in diameter, fits nicely into the palm of your hand.

It comes from the dishwasher looking shiny new, and has a handy hanging loop at the tip of the handle.
