Comment: Nice sharp high quality stainless steel blade. That's what a peeler is all about. The ergonomic handle is excellent as well and makes it very easy to hold and control.. I also like the snap in place blade guard to protect the blade from damage getting tossed around in drawers, etc.
I actually had a tupperware peeler that I liked quite a bit but I destroyed it by accident. The tupperware had a carbon steel blade which made it work well but you had to take care of it by drying it off to keep it from rusting. Other wise a good peeler but not in the same class as the Zyliss. I also have a OXO I should just throw away.
I can't see an experienced cook not loving this item.

Summary: Good, but peelings are too thick
Comment: This peeler is nice and sharp and works incredibly well. The only thing I don't like about it is that it takes off too much of the vegetable itself along with the peel. The peelings should be thinner.

Comment: I like the curve of the swivel peeler. It works just fine, althhough it takes a little getting used to. Zyliss is synonomous with quality. Recommend this product.
