Customer Rating: Summary: Great knife great price Comment: I have had my knife for 8 years, and it is just as sharp as it was the day I bought it. I must admit, I wash it in the dishwasher regularly, which greys the walnut finish. However, I hone it before every use. I love the thin blade. My friends with more expensive knifes always comment on how sharp mine are. Tee hee.
Customer Rating: Summary: should have held off buying! Comment: I am pleased with the Chicago kitchen knife, but a week later the knife was $10.00 less on Amazon.
Customer Rating: Summary: Great Pickup Comment: It slices, it dices, it will even carve wood if you need it to. All at an amaizing low price. Great Buy.
Customer Rating: Summary: A splendid little knife Comment: I like a smaller knife like this with a thin blade, which are hard to find, and the price is right. I use it every day with a wood cutting board, keep it honed and I don't let it go in the dishwasher . . . I've had it a year or so, and it's just like new. My son, who has spent much money on expensive knives, commented on the quality of this knife last week, and will now be getting one for Christmas. You really can't go wrong with this knife.
