Customer Rating: Summary: strainer pot Comment: This pot is very convenient to have as i have several friends that drink tea and it is perfect for that purpose. Of course it is great for all the other drain/water off products too, in small quantities. The only thing that i can find wrong is that a water type of mark stays at the bottom of the pot .... sort of a rainbow type stain..thought it might be from the boiling of hard water. The rest of the pot remains with the highly polished look //// good for the money...........Gail Napolitano
Customer Rating: Summary: very good quality Comment: Looks great, has convenient draining holes on the side of the lid. The quality is top notch. Relatively heavy because of the build quality and the thick bottom. Will definitely buy another Onedia product.
Customer Rating: Summary: love the straining lid! Comment: I'm no gourmet cook, but I am quite particualr. These saucepans (I also bought the 2.5 qt.) are just the sizes I needed. The exterior finish (SS)looks very nice and cleans up easily. I haven't had any issues with burning so far (remember, I'm not a gourmet cook!) The interior which appears to be aluminum is my only dissatisfaction. The finish turns cloudy after use/cleaning. They are dishwasher-safe AND made in the U.S.A., not China like some of the leading brands!
The holes in the strainer are a bit big if you cook thin spaghetti like I do, but you can get around that by turning the lid so the holes are not positioned in the middle of the down side. It's also nice not to have to use a hot pad to hold the handles, especially when straining. I have a Cuisinart pan (which I do like) that has so-called "cool-touch" handles, but I always need a hot pad on them.
Customer Rating: Summary: A good pan for the price Comment: My husband liked the 2.5 quart pan so much that he wanted this smaller one for soups, and I wanted it for boiling eggs. This pan is dishwasher safe and comes with a 10-year warranty. The price was right at $17.99 with super saver shipping. Both handles, on the pan and the lid, do not get hot. Like the larger pan, this smaller one will pour from both sides, and the lid has drain holes on both sides also.
Customer Rating: Summary: Oneida saucepan Comment: I like being able to cook and drain with the same pan. I also like the stainless steel look and a handle that doesn't get hot.

No more drips, spills or messes. This cleverly designed, 1-1/2-qt. Oneida saucepan features a pour spout and lid that make pouring and straining safe and easy. But this 18/10 mirror-finish, stainless-steel pan offers much more: a thick aluminum impact-bonded base and a clear glass lid that lets you keep an eye on your cooking. Hand and lid grip are both black plastic. Dishwasher safe. Imported. 3Hx8Wx13L".
