I purchased a set of these bowls and upon taking them out of the box, the paper strap that was holding them together broke and they fell to the floor. Two of the bowls broke so I emailed the company hoping they would send replacement bowls and they were so great they shipped out a whole new set at NO CHARGE! Is that great customer service or what! Customer Rating: Summary: So glad I bought these! Comment: As other reviewers have said, the bright, cheery colors of these bowls really liven up my kitchen. Everything else in my small apartment is black and white and gray, and these bowls have given it a much needed jolt of color. I've been mixing a lot of pancake batter in these, just because the blazing colors cheer me up. Kinda lame, I'll admit, but there it is. Since my kitchen is small, I love that they stack together. The pour spouts are a great help, and they are suprisingly sturdy, and the rubber on the bases really works to keep them steady. I do wish they had lids, but they don't and don't advertise that they do so I can't really dock them points for that. They are really nifty, and I would buy more if they came in more colors.
