I was attempting to replace an older Wearever 10" saute pan which I liked very much. I believed that this pan was the same thing - Wearever Premium Hard Annodized - but it weighed in about 8 oz less than the previous pan. At this point, it does seem to function OK - non stick & fairly even heat. The handle opening is hard to clean. Had I actually held this pan, I would have kept looking for another with more heft. The bottom is flat and solid and makes even contact on the burner. The pan is non-stick and easy to clean. Wearever says you can even use metal cooking tools.
