Summary: Super strong cookie sheets...
Comment: These cookie sheets are exceptionally thick and strong and won't flex when you take them out of the oven--thereby minimizing the chances of your baked goods sliding off onto the floor. As you might expect they are a bit heavier to lift than a regular cookie sheet but that is a small trade-off.
