Summary: Don't use amazon as the vendor
Comment: I ordered these glasses THREE different times and every time they arrived at my house broken. I called Amazon and asked them if they would please package them a little more carefully, maybe add a some more padding and add "fragile" on the box, but they never did. I have the same glasses in the smaller style and would love to have these tall glasses to match, but I have now resorted to ordering them from a different vendor in hopes this company will care enough take care of their merchandise and give the customers what they've ordered and paid for. I've spent more money in taking time off from work going to and from the post-office to return the broken glasses than I have in the purchase of the glasses. Its rediculous. Don't buy them from Amazon!

Summary: Glasses Great-Shipping & Packaging Not
Comment: These glasses are great, but be forwarned that the packaging/shipping is not. I ordered 4 dozen glasses back in May. To date we only have 44 out of the 48. The broken glasses were replaced at no charge, but everytime the replacements came in, we'd only get 4 useable glasses out of 12, because the packaging was inadequate. We hate to keep complaining and whining about the problem, but afterall, we did pay for 48 glasses.

Summary: Very Disappointed with Service
Comment: When I received the two sets of glasses I ordered, one set of 4 had 2 broken glasses - the other had 3 broken glasses. Customer service apologized and promised to ship two more sets and said I would receive them the following week. Two weeks later I received an email saying they were undeliverable to my address! I called customer service and was told that I had refused the shipment and it had been returned to the warehouse (NOT! - I wasn't even home the day I was supposed to have refused shipment) the cs rep also told me that they could not be shipped again. When he was questioned about the email stating that I would have a $0 refund to my account, he said he would refund the money - then I asked about a refund of over $13 in shipping I had paid. It took quite awhile for us to have this conversation because his English was terrible and I had to keep asking him to repeat what he said. Finally he agreed to the refund of the purchase price and the shipping. We'll see if it happens when I get my credit card statement this month. PLEASE do not outsource your customer service to non-English speaking employees! As for the glasses - the only reason I even gave one star to this review is that the unbroken glasses are beautiful - sure wish I had a set of 8!

Comment: The glasses are beautiful and well made, the shipping is very poor. The first shipment had 50% breakage, the replacement had one glass with a small chip. There is no internal support for the glasses and they need to be wrapped,or have a top support for postal or parcel shipping.
