Summary: has problems
Comment: When I first got this I had to try for about half an hour to get the top to unscrew. This last time the cover finally broke off and I was able to use a wrench and get it unscrewed. I'll just keep the wrench along with the other attachments. Speaking of attachments, they seem to have trouble staying attached. But when I can get the top off to add water, and the attachments are attaching, it works pretty well and I have the feeling I've really cleaned an area.

I purchased this little steam cleaner as a trial before investing in a bigger one. So far I am happy with the results. I used it along with baking soda to clean the grout in my kitchen. Wow, what a difference. I also used it to clean a stroller that has been in storage for a while. It did great on this as well. The steamer is well made and should last a long time. I am very happy with this product and the price. It was worth the purchase.

Comment: I bought this steamer to use in cleaning hairspray build-up from bathroom floors, cabinets etc. It did a good job on that task...loosens up the dried layer of hairspray pretty well (sometimes requires more than one steaming), but it does require a little elbow grease and lots of paper towel or absorbent clothes to wipe up. I have also used the steamer to clean the inside of the refrigerator, stove and microwave fan vent, window panes, and base of toilet. I LOVE not having to use a lot of chemicals. I compared a lot of steamers, and found mixed reviews for many cleaners that were much more expensive than this one. I think this is a great deal and an effective machine.

Comment: I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PRODUCT. THERE ARE REALLY NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE IT ON DIFFERENT TYPES OF THINGS. I WANTED TO STEAM CLEAN A COUCH WITH SOME SPOTS. WE TRIED SOME DRAPES AND YOU COULD SEE ANY IMPROVEMENT. I WOULD TELL YOU NOT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Comment: I had a different brand of steam cleaner previously; unfortunately, it broke. The steam cleaner I had came with a lot of attachments that I never used and was much more expensive. This one does the same job as the more expensive one at a much lower price! I'm very pleased with my purchase.
