I finally settled on these J.A. Henckels Eversharp knives. They came in a 2-pack, and I found them at Bed Bath & Beyond (love that store!). I couldn't be happier with them!! I've had them for about 2 years now, and they are still as sharp as the day I got them. I use them often. They are comfortable to use, and they are awesome for slicing tomatoes and other thin-skinned fruits & veggies, as well as meat. They've gone into the dishwasher many, many times (top rack), and I haven't seen them rust at all! I would buy these again in a second! Also, if you get them at Bed Bath & Beyond, be sure to use a $5 off $15 coupon, and that'll knock your cost down to only $15 for both knives!! High-quality knives at a stellar price! Thank you J.A.
