It has thick-clad 3-ply bottoms with a layer of copper sandwiched between to stainless steel plates that spread even heat and end hot dpots that cause food to cook unevenly. Stainless steel handles are heavy and riveted to the pots and pans! Tempered glass lids with stainless steel riveted handles and stainless steel rims. Plus a lifetime warranty. Made through an agreement between famous celebrity TV Chef Emeril Lagasse and All-Clad, this cookware set will last a lifetime with proper use and care. Comes with a 10-inch open skillet, 8-inch open skillet, 6-qt covered Dutch Oven, 3-qt covered casserole and a 2-qt saucepot.
